Michael Birts Jr., is a young man who has defied the odds time and time again throughout his life. Serving as CEO of Exit 1 is only one of the many extensive roles he plays on a daily basis. Birts has an extensive background in law, receiving his Bachelor's in Political Science from Lynn University and Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M College of Law. Along with this exstensive law background , he also has a role in as a Sports agent. As a licensed NBA agent he signed his first client at only 26 during the global pandemic. His clients have gone on to play in top divisions in Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Yet more notable than this feat is his relentless work ethic and commitment to the “process”, both of which have paved his path to success. He is a young man who hopes to serve as the proper guide and role model to today's youth, and will do just that no matter the hardships he faces.
